About Chris

Chris Saizan lives in Midtown with his black lab Cola. A 4th generation Sacramentan, Chris has lived, worked and played in Sacramento his entire life. Chris has had many influences in his life but his mother—Tracey Saizan—has been his single largest inspiration. At the age of 19, Chris knew he wanted to follow in her foot steps and began his career in real estate working in the mortgage business. After earning his Real Estate License at 22, Chris made the move to residential real estate, working as his mothers buyer’s agent. As a top producing Realtor for over 20 years and former president of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, everything Chris has learned about real estate has come from her. He learned quickly and—ready to establish a name of his own—started his own business in 2008.

The years of inspiration from his mother paid off, and since 2008 Chris has made the Masters Club and has won the award every year since! Chris is a life member for being in the top 5% of production for Sacramento County for 10 consecutive years and currently ranks in the top 2% of Realtors in all of Sacramento. Never one to slow down, Chris currently runs and operates a growing real estate team within the Keller Williams Realty franchise and is the founding member of BNI Midtown, a local business networking group that just celebrated their 10 year anniversary and have just shy of $10 million dollars in closed revenue for its members since 2008.

Chris attends church at Bayside Midtown and is passionate about mentoring the youth and serving as a role model for some of the students that attend Leattata Floyd Elementary as well as Cal Middle School. When Chris isn’t working or giving back to important community causes you can find him getting a workout in at the gym, cycling, completing a Spartan event or on the golf course working on his game. He is also passionate about traveling and to date has been to just shy of 20 countries. Chris enjoys spending time with his close family members, his sister, Nicole who lives in Galt with her husband, Mack and son, Cyrus; and of course his grandmother, BJ who loves taking family photos.
